Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains on the Historic New River, the Jefferson Landing Golf Resort and Conference Center offers an award winning golf course, exceptional dining and beautiful accommodations. Lodging options are abundant and varied, including Jeremy’s Lodge rooms, rentable condominiums, two-five bedroom townhomes and luxury homes. Also included on the property are swimming, tennis and fitness centers, as well as several dining options. Currently owned and operated by Vannoy Construction, Jefferson Landing was assembled in 1988 on 700 acres of land in Ashe County, including 1.5 miles of the New River frontage. We undertook the effort to build the beautiful golf destination. In 2006, Vannoy sold Jefferson Landing to a group of private equity investors, but repurchased the facility in 2010, and continues to operate it today.
