Renovations include new perimeter storefront openings in existing walls, new entry, stairs, ADA ramp, new electrical service, code required. Lighting and signage, relocation and stubbing of existing sanitary and domestic water lines for future restrooms. Existing roof is steel trusses with wood joists and wood roof decking, new roof membrane and insulation. Space is currently conditioned, no change in energy code.
