A 8,320 sf facility with office/conference space that is used by Tribal Elders to teach and pass on the EBCI native language and writing which is a huge part of their culture in an effort to preserve them. The building is comprised of a structural steel frame, cementitious siding and native stone, and gorgeously detailed interiors.
Construction of a new ground-up 58,795 sf state-of-the-art facility that houses 60 beds to treat adult, geriatric, and adolescent behavioral patients. This is the first Mental Health Hospital brought to the Lowcountry in over 30 years.
New 100,000 sf Community Resource Center and Master Plan for a mixed-use site. The CRC will house County health and human services at a single location. Spaces within the building may contain lobby/reception, service counters, waiting areas, vending café, interview rooms, non-clinical exam rooms, minor lab space, cashier area, document scanning/drop-off areas, supervised visitation rooms, computer rooms, conference rooms, open workspace for staff, enclosed offices, break rooms, copy/workrooms, space for local partners, and typical building amenities.
